We guide projects through every phase — ensuring clarity and confidence across the entire project lifecycle.

Leadership

Tailrace is led by Tyler Evje. Tyler has over 10 years of experience in the Northern California development world, working across all phases of the real estate development cycle. His prior roles include positions at Trammell Crow Residential and most recently as part of Greystar’s Northern California Development Group. Over the course of his career, he has managed projects totaling over 3,000 housing units valued at nearly $2 billion.
